my home page is blank after setting the home page I wanted

I open my firefox and a blank page appears. I would like my home page to be my yahoo frontier page. I have set it as my homepage under tools, I also have dragged the icon to my home icon and still a blank page opens first. How do I fix this?

Hello Krenz7, if you set already at Startup > When Firefox starts > Show my home page, then see How to fix preferences that won't save - Corrupt preferences file
