How do I stop StrongVault from continually popping up?

Enable the POP - Blocker
Tools > Options > Content > Block pop-up windows (check it)
Make use of Firefox Addons

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Also do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

If you've already tried uninstalling and are still having issues like I did:
Start Windows Task Manager. You'll see StrongVault running in the Applications and Processes tabs. You can end it in both tabs, but before you do so in the Processes tab, right click on the process name and select open file location. That will tell you where StrongVault is installed. After you know where it's located, you can kill the process.
Then delete all folders & files associated with StrongVault. Possibly use a permanent file shredder if you have one. Otherwise Recycle Bin will do, then delete from Recycle Bin.
That worked for me. StrongVault is gone.
