Where are problems with product reported?

Firefox (15.0) (1) When doing Check Plugins the page fails at different points indicating an error occurred but nothing specific reported. (2) The retry button does not work. (3) If the process makes it thru all the plugin checks, the list disappears! Which makes it impossible to check for plugin updates!

Need a fill in option for the "This happens" option. The option picked being some what close to the problem. This happens: "Everytime Check Plugins is done."

Does this also happen if you visit the page directly?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
