Problems displaying the site name in the header tab.
In the header displays the word "Connection" instead of the site, although the site is already open.

If the FoxLingo extension is the cause of the problems then you need to disable or uninstall that extension until the developer has released an update that fixes it.
You can also temporarily downgrade to the previous 2.7.3 version.

Perhaps a little tweaking is in order. Shockwave and Java were outdated and needed re-installation on mine! Took a couple of efforts with restarts but it is obvious that it solved my problems! I have a suspicion that the problem appeared after updating adobe flashplayer. By process of elimination I was able to determine that the guilty extension FoxLingo 2.7.5. And what shall I do with this knowledge?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

If the extension or theme isn't working then you need to disable or uninstall it.

In safe mode, all additions and extensions have been disabled. So I found out that they are to blame. Everything was OK in safe mode, and in the standard theme. Or are you suggesting me in normal mode to change the theme with FoxLingo?
