On Monday September 25th from 10PM EDT - 12AM EDT (2AM UTC - 4AM UTC on September 26th), we will be performing system maintenance on the Firefox Accounts databases for two hours. During the maintenance window, there will be brief periods of a few minutes where users will not be able to login to their accounts. Please try again at a later time.

Why do some themes for Firefox not show any scrollbar or only part of a scrollbar the first time launched after a reboot, but others have no problem? The scrollbar looks fine if Firefox is restarted. What code should be present and what should not be present in the scrollbar.css file?

If a theme isn't working properly then it is broken and you need to look at another theme that does work or wait for an update of that theme that fixes the problem (you can contact the developer to inform him about your problem).

I managed to fix the scrollbar by using a scrollbars.css file from another theme and changing the colours to match the first theme. What I want to know is, why is this necessary and why did I see that with only 2 themes? It did not happen until just recently.
