Why doesn't Pinterest let me login on Firefox, but in Google Chrome it works?

I will go to Pinterest and login with the correct email and password and when I click submit, it will just go right back to the home page asking me to login again. I used to have Google Chrome and it worked perfectly fine on there.

Hey brooketolly,

Are you actually signing in or are you using the saved password tool? You might want to go to Tools >Options >Security tab click on Saved passwords. This will give you a list of sites that you have saved a password for. Just find pinterest and delete that entry.

You can also remove the cookies from that site to make the site forget you if you've created a remember me cookie by going to Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If that doesn't work, try starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide and the Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems article as well.

You could also try Creating a new profile.

Hopefully this helps!

Thanks! Removing the cookies worked for me :)

If you're using HTTPS-Everywhere you might need to disable Pinterest in there!
