Just set up computer today - Firefox won't stop crashing!
I just recently bought this (refurbished) computer, after having to send back a different refurbished model that ended up having bad sectors. Well, things aren't looking too hopeful, especially with FF's constant crashing. I have no idea WHY it's doing this, but I can be doing anything from searching stuff up to being away from the computer - and without fail, FF crashes. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Hey DearBabby,
Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article.
Hopefully this helps!
No doubt you did discover firefox crashes, unfortunately the Crash IDs do not indicate any easy fixes that I understand.
