HOW DO I DELETE STORED ID AND FORM INFORMATION

How do I stop auto saved form information such as user ID and email addresses.

You can delete your saved form data by going to Options > Privacy > Clear your recent history.

Then, select the checkbox Form & Search Data and select a time period, and click Clear now.
