Every since I updated my Firefox, I have had issues. I love firefox so I would like to have this fixed please :) Well, everytime I open a new window or tab, the Firefox window gets smaller. Kind of like I hit the button by the close screen button. I have to actually hit that button to minimize the screen and hit it again to maximize it. It is sort of annoying. Is there something I can do?

I tried all of the solutions and nothing is working. I have basic Firefox with no add ons and the basic theme. Every time a new window is opened with Firefox, the window gets smaller on the bottom and right side. Also, at the top, there is 2 exit buttons and minimize buttons. This just started when I downloaded the updated firefox. If it is not something I can fix, is there a way I can go back to the old version?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
