i keep getting http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/9.0.1/whatsnew/ at startup of firefox. i just want my home page to open.

when i updated firefox i got congrats page with ":whats new". I looked it over and then closed firefox. Every time i open browser the page comes up first and my homepage opens in another tab. it is annoying! I just want my home page to open like before. Please advise. Thanks
