1. Go to Firefox Button (If your firefox button is disabled, go to tools instead) -> options. 2. Click on the "Advanced" button and make sure that "General" tab is selected. 3. Uncheck the box beside "Submit Performance Data

What difference does it make where the Option is located, as long as it can be turned off without digging thru the bowels of Firefox?

If you think that option belongs elsewhere, file an RFE Bug to request that it be moved.
