Does Firefox 3 support HTML5?

I wanted to know if FF3 supports ALL of the HTML5 features. I know it supports some because I can view some HTML5 sites, however, I don't really know what is degrading on those sites and what is not.

I probably will never upgrade FF until Ubiquity is ported. Which is probably never so I will probably never upgrade.
