When I click links inside the Ancestry website my ISP page comes up with www.ancestry.netscape.com security deny.aspx and the rest of the page URL. Ancestry says its my browser, but it prevents me from going on. I have nothing to do with Netscape.

Thank you, cor-el... I have done everything you suggested and so far I'm not having the same problem with Ancestry. I will give it a few days to be sure and then will post as solved. Do you have any idea where this came from?

Do you know which step worked in particular?

Was it a problem with cache or cookies or a problem with an extension?

I think it must have been cache or cookies; the add-ons didn't seem to relate. But I'm no expert. I did have a lot of cookies that had different URLs for Ancestry including a netscape one. I just can't figure out where netscape came from.
