How can I remove the history location bar? it takes space on the left side of the browsing window, and I cannot see all the content of a website.

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.

go to the view tab at the top of your browser..go to sidebar and disable the history one...hope this helps if this is what you are talking about!!

Thanks! I was wondering where the view tab was! part of the problem - found it on selecting menu bar after right clicking the top.
