How can I choose to block specific websites and all pages under that address?

I want to be able to choose a website and say "Block this address. If anyone tries to access this address or any page under it, reject them." Is there a way to do this?

If you block single website, you should try Adblock Plus

install it with Easylist subscription then add website.com/* in filter or *.website.* etc

The problem is, from what I can tell, parental controls block visits to websites with certain content. What I want to do is to say "here is the name of this website, www.website.com. If anyone tries to go to www.website.com or www.website.com/page.html or anything else under www.website.com, stop them." The only parental control which might be what I want is the default parental control option in the control panel of Windows, which doesn't work for the administrator account. I don't want a parental control, I want an extension that blocks websites specifically based on their address.
