keeps asking to download firefox 8.01, allready did and installed. Why

After downloading and installing Firefox Setup 8.01.exe I keep getting a screen request to save the same file. I do it and I get another request to save the same file, along with trying to install it. running AMD processor with Windows 7 OS.

If files already have been downloaded then remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder.

You can also delete active-update.xml and possibly updates.xml (stores the update history).
