I can't make new tabs. When I click on the +, nothing happens.
I've had this issue for a few weeks now. I had hoped perhaps once Windows 7 updated I would regain the use of tabs but it hasn't. When I try to open up a new tab in Firefox, nothing happens. Even if I right click and click "New Tab", nothing happens. I've tried restarting my computer, updating Windows, updating Firefox, restarting Firefox, re-installing Firefox and nothing has worked. I have a suspicion that something simply isn't compatible with Windows 7. Firefox still works fine on my other computers - one has Vista, the other XP.
Chosen solution
Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause that problem.

Uninstalling the Ask Toolbar did the trick! Thank you! :)
Apparently I do not have the Ask Toolbar.. I'm confused.
Good job.. SafeBrowser.. even if it weren't related to my question, it helped a lot because I indeed did not update my adobe.. LOL. I'm such a failure. Thank you to you both. [:
