how do i delete/remove unwanted toolbars?

i cannot find any place on my original menu toolbar where i can edit the toolbars i already have (besides displaying or hiding them) and remove one or more of them. it's really frustrating. i'm not a genius with user settings besides figuring out the basics.

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
