I want translator to be English/French

I have already asked this before but have not had a reply. I think the translator is in Estonian and I want English/French. Please tell me how I adjust it. At the moment it is incredibly irritating that this strange language is coming up all the time and getting in the way. Surely you can give me instructions how to adjust it. Otherwise it is utterly useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you using an extension to do the translation, because Firefox doesn't have such a feature?

If a web page is in the wrong language then try to clear the cookies from that site and see if you can find a link on the page to choose the language.

I don't know what the official name is. There is a bar at the bottom of the screen in which there is a little flag. At the moment it shows half English and half Estonian. If I hover over a word it will translate into Estonian. I want it to show the French translation. Surely you know what I am referring to! To say you don't have the facility when you clearly do is no help at all!! Is this an official help site or a forum?
