In my new laptop auto spellcheck does not work on Firefox when I post on some forums where it used top work on my old laptop. How do I fix this?

I have Firefox 6.0.2 & when posting one some forums the auto spell check feature is not working though I have ticked the box on Tools, Options, Advance, general......

I want auto spellcheck to work.
