Lastest flash = slow FF 6.0.2
I'm having to write this in Chrome because FF 6.0.2 with Flash 10.3.183 runs slower than a paralyzed snail. The times I trigger this slowdown is when opening more than 9 tabs from a single website (gizmodo.com and lifehacker.com are examples)
I don't have archives of my previous flash version or FF 6.0 (grrr)
So yeah if I have a tab or element running flash (Facebook photos, youtube, hulu, etc.) FF will slow down and have very delayed responses!!

Please post your comments and system info to get a better scope on the problem!
I am currently building a flash site which ran well on old FF 3.6 and runs good on current IE but is really chugging slowly on new FF 6 (w. Flash player latest update). The big problem areas are when site immediately loads (preloader runs choppy) and when I have full screen background black fade out to display large samples of design work. I am stacking swfs using loadMovieNum which I recognize isn't helping the situation.
Going to try to remedy the problem with some workarounds but I doubt if it will improve performance to the extent in which I need.
My system isn't great. Lenovo Intel Core2 Duo T9600 @ 2.80GHz 2.79GHz, 2.99 GB RAM.
Flash was built using CS5.5 but exported as Flash 8 AS2.0 for max compatibility.

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro with an Intel i7 @2.2GHz, 4GB of RAM and a Solid-State drive. Aka really powerful computer!
If a program runs slow without much CPU usage (aka FF 6.0.2) it's time to keep an eye on the code that is running...
