All of a sudden, I cannot open a tab even though I see the + sign....

All of a sudden, I cannot open a tab by clicking on the + sign. I can only open a tab if I right click on a bookmark and choose "open in a new tab".

Chosen solution

Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause that problem.
