It looks to me like your running Firefox 4.0 beta 8. I would strongly suggest updating to Firefox 6. You can do so by following the instructions found in this support article Update Firefox to the latest release . I would also consider updating your plugins. I noticed your version of Flash Player is out of date. You can check and make sure your plugins are up to date over on this page http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ .
