Only a guess, but at least one other suggested that it is possible: the add-ons site is very busy due to the upgrading of Firefox, maybe it will work if you try again later. If you have Firefox set to automatically check Add-ons, temporarily turn that off and you may then be more successful in seeing your own add-ons.
