Sorry, there are no phone numbers for Firefox support; that is also the case with other browsers. You may find some online sites that will offer to help (with anything) for a fee, but if they fail to solve your problem, will they refund the fee/credit your credit card?
Your choices for free Firefox online support (post with another browser* if Firefox can not connect):
- This site that you posted on (ask a question): https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/ask
- Chat Line on this site (limited hours): https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/ask#Chat%20with%20a%20volunteer
- Mozillazine forum: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38
*XP definitely has IE installed; but keep IE up to date. Current version for XP is IE8.
If your system is not able to get online, you may need to use another computer that can access the internet to post a question. Local libraries usually have systems available.
If this reply solves your problem, please click "Solved It" next to this reply when signed-in to the forum.
Not related to your question, but...
You need to update some plug-ins:
- Plug-in check: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
- Shockwave Flash (Adobe Flash or Flash): Updating Flash in Firefox
Modified
There is no telephone support available. Currently, Mozilla only offers live chat, forum, and Twitter support. Please note most of the people helping you are volunteers. Live chat hours of operation will vary due to volunteer availability.
