Cannot access individual e-mail messages
When I go to myqwest.com for my e-mail I get a list of messages that are in my account. However, when I click on one of the messages to access all of the e-mails, the screen goes blank and I get the message "There is a problem accessing this resource, please make sure you are logged in to the portal."
Additional System Details
A few times a week
This started when...
- User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET4.0C)
I contacted qwest support. They reset my password and had me try again. Same results, blank screen and the above message. Got my messages. Was directed to uninstall and remove Firefox from my laptop and go to your Website and download Firefox. Did that, tried getting e-mail again and it worked. But, next time I tried the same blank screen and message. IE works.
