I forgot the username or FFX did. How do I retrieve my registered username? I had to set up a new account with a different email add. to get here. I want the original account back.

If the confirmation email uses the correct user name in the address bar then you would assume I do have it. But when used in the signin screen, even with a new reset password, the reply is always user "name or password incorrect". Either the password reset does not reset, or the username is not correct. (Both the user name and password are the same ones I have always used for sites like this. They NEVER change). I have tried the "Username Inactive" option but have not received any response to three attempts). I could not re- register because "the email address already exists". Computers are great.
