I have a Mysterious blank bar at the top of my screen it happened when I updated to the latest version and I can't get it to go away my web pages used to fit now I have to scroll down a little more than usual

Chosen solution

Click Help | Restart with add-ons disabled and in the menu which appears, checkmark "Reset toolbars and Controls". Then click the button called "Make changes and restart".

Do you mean the tab bar or another toolbar?

What is the name of that bar if you look in Firefox > Options or (F10 >) View > Toolbars ?
