I have this issue on both my desktop and Notebook. Both are running Win7. When i go to a site like gizmodo.com it says im missing the plugin, but i download it and install it, restart firefox, and i get the same error.

I can't see Adobe Flash player in your list of plugins, only Shockwave Flash For Director which is a different app.

You can download the Shockwave Flash player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
