Each time I open a tab (from start page) or bookmark, I cannot use the back button to return to original start page. I have to open a new window and then close the previous page. This happens every time and . Any suggestions?

I see you use McAfee, do you have the McAfee Site Advisor extension? The McAfee Site Advisor add-on has caused problems with the back button, uninstalling or disabling it should fix the problem.

Tony, I have disabled the McAfee Site Advisor and the problem is solved. Thanks so much for your help. This problem had been driving me crazy.
