I choose a famous quotation which will appear below my signature on outgoing emails. I.e. "In matters of conscience the law of majority has no place." --Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi

Firefox is just a web browser and has no email features. If you have added a signature to emails in Firefox, it will be part of a web based email service. You will need to contact the support for the email service for details of how to change the signatures.
