I am unable to print web pages while using Firefox. I can print using IE. Any ideas?

I have a 2 week old hp laptop- Windows 7 premium home- 64bit- I3-370M- Norton Internet Security- Reloaded Firefox once. When I try to print a small window indicates that it is preparing and after a few minutes indicates a failure to print or remains preparing for so long that I give up and close it.

Thanks! This finally worked! I tried live chat who could not solve the problems. they referred me to a "technical" person who tried to sell me a software program! I'm not happy about that!
