I have installed the Nosquint add-on andhave set it up to the zoom levels I desire. Why, whenever I go from tab to tab, I lose my settings? and page every new page on a site as well? annoyed as heck!
I have to mouse over the icon every time I leave a site, or tab, or browse different pages within a site. I have tried all the options to fix this, and do not know what to do. Or is this just the way this works. This is tedious at best.

Set a Default full page zoom level in NoSquint options, in the Zooming tab.
- Make sure that you not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history mode.
- You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
- To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
- Uncheck: [ ] "Automatically start Firefox in a private browsing session"
