cannot view flash or streming i get adll bad image every time i try to download the add on since i been useing fireefox

before changing to firefox it all works fine and worked for about a month after my firefox down load - then it stopped working and got a dll bad image box so i tryed to uninstall and reinstall which fox help told me to do and never have i been able to succeed without that nasty box message i am however able to download vids from my media player but i can not use any flash or streaming -----which of course everything woprth seeing is in that format help

Your above posted list of installed plugins shows that you have the Flash plugin. You can verify that you have the Flash plugin for Firefox on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page.


  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
