remembar me dosen't open when i sign on to my public library. works on others

when i open my bookmark for my library it ask me to enter my acct# and password. the remember me bar do not open. it works on other bookmarks

It is possible that the website uses autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password. It also doesn't work if the logon form is generated via JavaScript.
