Using Firefox 3.6.13 - everything on page loads & displays except for a telephone number in the middle of the page. The other numbers display, just missing in the one spot. Webmaster deleted & hard coded the page again, but number still not showing in browser. It appears in IE & Chrome, but not Ff. I cleared the cache(s) every way possible, but still no luck. When using CRTL R , background goes dark & number displays for about 1 sec, then it's gone again.

It's the 24X7 phone number that won't display...the other number is there - no problem

This issue can be caused by the Skype extension (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).
This extension has been blocklisted recently
Did you re-enable the Skype extension?

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
