By default there should be a reload/refresh button on the toolbar, on the default theme it looks like a circular arrow. You an also press F5 to reload the page.

I used to have that circular arrow on the URL line, and used it successfully to refresh pages for many years. Now it is gone, and there is only a star and an arrowhead in its place, and neither works for refreshing the page. Also, on my iBook, F5 controls volume, so that doesn't work for me as a refreshing agent. Does anyone have any new ideas?
