I tend to have 10-11 tabs open in a window. When I move on to the next tab, I want it to refresh in one left click. I do not want an autorefresher/ or that double click add on. ( I tried it and it slowed down refreshes) I downloaded the newest version of firefox. Thank you for any help!

You can left click the Toolbar Reload button to refresh a page or press the F5 key (Shift+Reload or Ctrl+F5 to bypass the cache).
