I want to change the way the items on my favorites tool bar appear. I need it to show the icons, then the text name on roll-over with the mouse

I used to be able to display icons only on my FAVORITES tool bar, and have the text name for the favorite sites appear as I roll the mouse over the icon. This allows me to have many more favorites appear on my favorites tool bar without using the side-expansion arrows to view them. This functionality has disappeared, and I can't seem to get it back. Please Help!

By "FAVORITES tool bar" I am assuming that you mean the Bookmarks Toolbar. The feature is included among others in the following Extension. See:
