You can add that functionality with the Send Page By Email add-on.

The "Send Page By Email" currently only supports Windows platform and not Mac OS X and Linux.

Version 0.6.1 and 0.6.2 (*):

Had some problem with Firefox 3 under Linux and MAC OS. The support of these two systems is removed temporarily

Even version0.6.3 doesn't have the compatibility set for Firefox 3.6.8 (3.6a1pre)
