it says: firefox is already running, but no visible application

I followed the advice sent to find my profile 'run:....' found the folder, but the profile folder was empty.

The other problem is: This 'help' (!) site came up with 'you must specify a post subject', but no space were to put it. Ticking did not change it!!

Make sure that you do not block JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages
