I recently upgraded my version to 3.6 - as advised on your website when I saw a newer version was available. However it takes ages to load up and start. It can take at least 5 minutes to start up! Driving me to start using IE!!! I have uninstalled and re-installed from your website several times and it doesn't change anything. I have used a new profile and still the same! Occasionally after 10 mins it comes up with a dialog box say Firefox can;t find or is having trouble running a script. After first seeing this I uninstalled and reinstalled again as I thought it had become corrupt. But after doing this several times it is still the same old slow Firefox! And I thought new versions were supposed to improve things!

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== When I upgraded to the latest 3.6 version

Your Firefox settings and info are kept in a folder separate from the Firefox program, called your profile folder. Try creating a test profile, to see if the problem still occurs. See Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profilesor One of your add-ons might be the culprit too. Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode with all add-ons disabled. If that solves the problem, see Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and possibly Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems

I think it loads slow because of the new plugin manager. Since 3.6 it's just real slow to load. Anyone with P4's like me will notice the slowness. Even IE is faster now...
