I can't print my att.net yahoo emails; I can if I use IE but prefer firefox

I have ATT UVERSE and att.net yahoo email and windows vista; during my first month of use I had no problems, but since the end of last week I can not print out emails; I could print them out before, and can print them now if I use Internet Explorer; my printer works in all other respects.

I had trouble printing my AOL email, too. This is what a tech support guy from another company (I had to pay for this!) told me to do. See if it works for you! 1. Close Firefox 2. Click start > run > > type firefox -safe-mode IMPORTANT: There is a space between firefox and -safe-mode. Type properly or else it will not work. 3. Click OK 4. In the prompt, choose to reset everything except bookmarks. 5. Click make changes and restart. After I did this, I could print my emails again. I only had to do this once and could start Firefox the normal way afterwards.

Reset the print prefs should probably have been sufficient.
