I’m trying to sign in and I get to the point where a code should be sent to me but nothing happens with neither text nor emailing. I have not changed my email address or my telephone number. I have tried changing my browser (Google and Firefox) but there is no change. I have tried deleting the app, switching my phone off and back on then reloading the app but to no avail. I am partially deaf so not good on the phone but I can text!
