Cannot send send e-mails

Trying to send e-mails and get the following message:-

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The server responded: <X@totalise.co.uk>recipiant rejected - relay denied. Please check the message recipient"rod.coleman@totalise.co.uk" and try again.

This happens with all e-mails.

This is often the issue when the sending server account info does not match the SMTP server account info. Check yours carefully. I included a screenshot where to find this.
