website exceptions

I have one website that gives me a "Secure Connection Failed" If I click on the icon in the left address bar on mybrowser, I am given an option to "Clear cookies and site data" I click that and then appears a blue button at top that says "Clear" Now when I do a refresh of the tab, everything loads fine. This is Newsmax.com I read the news there. IS there a way to into Firefox settings and make an exception to https"//newsmax.com and make it so I don't have to keep clicking "Clear Site Data and Cookies" ? Thanks!

I would normally advice to just use Private Window for such site (it cleans up after itself upon closing every time), but there's also a less graceful option exactly for what you're asking. In privacy settings, you can actually ban a site from storing any data with you.

See Manage local site storage settings section "Allow or block websites from storing information":

"

Going intro settings and blocking Newsmax from storing cookies and site data as an Exception, worked. doing grest now.
