I have a remote chap who needs this lap top to connect to net. he is installing a program for me remotely. This old computer is fine for the Toyota techstream but will not allow internet pages it has internet explorer not working

For the old EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 the most current version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR currently at Fx 115.37.0esr. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

Then pick language > click on [Download ESR 115]
