Did you do this? = from wherever you have your side stuff

  • (the mini-microwave over a TV/monitor- "Tabs from Other Devices" .)
  • the unfilled star = "Open Bookmarks..."

* the clock icon. (History)

Select the clock icon and the HISTORY pane will open.

the upper-left, is where it says History (in bold)

over on the (TOP) RIGHT side: should be an " X" to close History.. AND!- 3 dots, going horizontal, and centered with/to the search field (where you "search history")

You Select/Press the 3 dots, a small dropdown Sort by: 

    Date
    Site
    Date and Site
    Last Visited

'Clear History'
