Hi there,

We're sorry to hear the VPN isn't connecting for you. Could you elaborate and provide a few more details? What behavior are you seeing? Is there a message? Can you try updating to the latest version of Firefox 151.0.4? Another thought is if you have any firewalls or network monitoring software, it could be interfering. You may want to disable or add an exception for Firefox.
