554 spam? Undeliverable email, contact your postmaster. How do I contact the Thunderbird 'Postmaster'

I have forwarded (from my Thunderbird account) an email from our local hospital about an appointment to my mailfence address three times now, but all three were deemed undeliverable by the mailer-Daemon. I removed all links on the third attempt in case that was the problem, but no luck.

Error code: 554 Rejected : Spam ?

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

How do I do that? Is my question. Is there a 'Postmaster' address to use?

Many thanks David Edwards

That postmaster reference is to your email provider. That is the where the error is coming from. This might mean a misconfiguration of the SMTP server settings, or possibly a misconfiguration of your account on your host's email server. Thunderbird cannot fix this. All that you might achieve here is to post a screenshot of your SMTP server settings pane to see if anyone familiar with that email provider can advise on the settings.

Great, thanks. Maybe it's a Talktalk issue. I'll contact them. I've had my Talktalk settings with Thunderbird for years and this is one of the few occasions that I get a bounced event, but it is always when I try and forward something to my Mailfence account that it happens. Many thanks. David
